Our first Christmas married was wonderful and busy!!! Danny and I had our own little Christmas at our apartment on Christmas Eve morning where we made waffles and opened our gifts for each other. Next we went to Aunt Julie’s for Christmas eve dinner. We had a lot of fun, opened gifts, and I was privileged to get to see Grandpa Weber’s Dadoodadoo dance lol.. Then we headed to our third Christmas at the Day’s in Oakdale. We spent the whole morning opening gifts, eating, and watching little Brooklyn, our cutest neice ever, opening gifts!! We were excited to spend time with Christina (danny’s sister) and her husband Ryan and daughter Brooklyn. They are living in Utah right now and we don’t get to se them very often. Our next and final adventure was going to spend Christmas Dinner at my parents house in Lodi. We opened gifts again and ate a yummy turkey dinner. Spending time with family was great this Christmas. We feel so blessed and fortunate for our family and love to spend all the time we can with them.

After a stressful and busy semester with school and work, Danny and I decided to head to Cancun, Mexico for the week before Christmas. It was a perfect vacation to relax and enjoy the SUN.. It was beautiful, we could see the ocean right there from our bed. We laid out a couple days, we probably looked like the whitest people there when we got there :). When we first arrived in Cancun we rented a car, which worked out perfect because it allowed us to drive a couple hours down the coast to Tulum. In Tulum, they have ancient Mayan ruins, where we got to walk around and enjoy the history. They also are said to have the nicest beaches right their in Tulum, so that was a bonus. The weather was perfect in the 80’s, we weren’t excited to head back home to the cold rain. It was a great trip to end a busy semester and a great way to start  our Holiday Season..
