So Thankful
Saturday, November 27th, 2010This Thanksgiving was pretty new and exciting for Danny and I this year.. Since moving into our new house earlier this year we had the chance to host our very first holiday party and dinner. It was my families year to have Thanksgiving, we switch off every year between Danny’s family and mine. We had my parents, brother, and both grandparents here this year. I feel so blessed to have such a wonderful family. I was a little nervous having everyone at my place this year with being so pregnant, but everyone was extremely helpful. The food was amazing!!! We ate and cooked way to much as we always do..I have never seen our fridge so packed.. My favorite part is not having to cook for the next week after Thanksgiving!!! MMMmmm leftovers!!!!
Baby is doing great!!! I can’t believe I keep getting bigger and bigger and it doesn’t help my appetite has seemed to increase again. Danny and I go back and forth whether we want Luke to come before or after Christmas, ask me right now and I would say next week is looking great lol… I don’t want to stretch anymore and it’s not like I am getting great sleep. I have been having the weirdest dreams lately, dreams that entail me of screaming, yelling and talking in my sleep.. Poor Danny I am always waking him up and then of course wanting to tell him about the dream I just had… Between that and getting up with a full bladder every hour or two I can’t believe Danny s still sleeping in the same room as me haha.. We just know its natures way of preparing us for the up all nights with Luke..
I am Thankful for my Lord and Savior, my husband, for my future little son Luke, family, friends, and good health. I have so many things in my life to be thankful for and I truly want to never take anything in life for granted. I hope everyone had a great Thanksgiving!!
